Preliminary exercise (Phone conversation 30 secs)
Task: Create a phone conversation between two characters in two different locations which reveals a dramatic narrative resolution. The narrative and conversation needs to be appropriate to the science fiction or fantasy genre and an audience of teenagers and young adults. Statement of intent: I want to make a 30 second clip from a sci-fi fantasy TV show called ' Almost twins ' The story line will consist of a girl calling another girl whom doesn't know her and is trying to convince her to meet up and show her that they're the same person. One character might be dressed in school clothes because they 'just got out of school' and the anonymous caller would be dressed in casual clothing. I will film the scenes multiple times to have options on what would be better to include in the final draft. I will try my best at cross cutting the conversation. (105 words) Script: *phone rings*
