Class has the teen drama and sci-fi genres in the show which gives us the drama genre

2) What conventions of the science-fiction genre can you find in the Class trailer? List as many as you can and use NCIS to help you.

There are aliens disguised as humans, blue laser lights which connote sci-fi, shadows and darkness=sci-fi and horror also there are other planets, portals, other dimensions wars and conflict, supernatural powers, The doctor from Doctor Who shows up too.

Horror is shown through the darkness and shadows but also the teen drama genre is shown because its set in a school with high school kids being most of the main characters and heroes with teachers and parents in the show.

4) Class is a spin-off from Doctor Who. At what point does the character of the Doctor appear in the trailer?

The doctor shows up at the end of the trailer with only one line saying ''You've heard of me haven't you?'' i think they chose to have him at the end so when the audience sees him they'll want to see mire of the show and what happens.

5) Who do you think the target audience for Class is? Is this a typical target audience for the science-fiction genre? Give reasons for your answer.
